I know, I know. Another Ten Minute Warning topic. But this one actually has something that might interest people who aren't me. :lol: Apparently one of the people who's been helping develop the TMW Wikipedia page is their original singer, Steve Verwolf. He's added a lot of useful info and also mentioned that he's set up a Myspace page for the band where (this is the interesting bit) you can hear some of their original recordings from the 1980's. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=167097817He's also said he's working on collecting a bunch of their early recordings, both live and demos and he's hoping to put out a complete pre-Subpop retrospective. |

Definately. I've been trying to find anyone who even knew where I might be able to find their early stuff for ages so having it all on one CD like the Solger compilation would be amazing.

4 new songs have been added!  They're really cool. No More Time For Fun is an early version of No More Time from the album but I think the rest won't have been heard by most people and they're really cool. Definately worth checking out. |

Anyone have songs that were on myspace previously? As Steve says first four songs which were on myspace were songs without Duff.Anybody knows if Duff played in current uploaded songs?

He definately played on the first three, I'm not sure about the last one because its from 1984 which was the year he left and I don't know if it was recorded before or after. But he also does backing vocals on We're Not Living.

Before I ask here i asked Steve,now i have reply:
duff plays guitar on
Spell
No More Time for Fun
We're Not Living (backing vocals on the chorus as well)
His guitar is the one with the heavy chorus effect, strongest in the right speaker.
And just for clarification.There was no Duff in previous songs on myspace.

I hope it'll be out soon.
I don't know how many tracks he wants for the final album but I know he's got at least 11 (the 8 that have been on Myspace plus another 3 I sent) so hopefully its not too far off.
Although at some point there was an entire albums worth of material recorded, most of which hasn't surfaced yet. Although it might not even exist any more, I don't think any of the band members have a copy.

Oops, yeah I meant to post about that. The first 2 are new songs.
I really hope this album gets finished soon because its frustrating only being able to listen to 4 songs at a time.
