Festivals are cool cos you get to see alot of bands and they have a great atmosphere but the only reason I don't like them is you haven't a hope in hell of getting to the front. And even if you do, you're still miles away from the band. I love seeing band in arena's cos they're so intimate. I went over to America to see Metallica on their tour and because they had the "in the round" stage, no matter where you were on the floor, you had an awesome view - I wish all bands did that!
I can't wait to see VR in an arena were I can battle my way to the front to see Duff!!!

It took me the entire day to get there and I ended up with a massive bruise on my hip from being squashed against the barrier but it was worth it!
They were so close, when Scott went down the middle he was about 2 feet from me.
Next time I see them hopefully it'll be somewhere smaller and I can get REALLY close.
